The location of this hotel is excellent. It is just a short walk to Times Square and Midtown, and close to Penn Station for convenient transportation options. We loved how easy it was to explore the city and grab the subway when needed.

We had a good time staying at this hotel. There was amazing food, the staff was attentive. We appreciated rooms with excellent bathroom. The location was incredible, near the heart of the city, convenient to go everywhere. Also, Royal Arsenal was 4 km away.

The staff went above and beyond to assist my friend with a cane, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience during our stay.

Runway view was fantastic, but the air conditioning was tricky to operate.

I felt safe , especially with the cleanliness of the hotel, and I loved that it was just over a kilometer from the serene Royal Victoria Gardens, perfect for a leisurely stroll. As a single traveler, the friendly staff was nice, though wifi access could use improvement.

I appreciated how clean and modern the hotel was, and the fact that it was within comfortable walking distance to both the scenic Thames Path and Royal Victoria Gardens made for good daily explorations right outside my door.

Great location near London City Airport. Easy access to the DLR for central London in about 20 minutes. Clean and spacious room with good lighting. Comfortable chair and a nice coffee machine with quality beans. Breakfast had a decent variety, though timing affected freshness. Staff were polite and helpful. On the downside, no windows opened in the room. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected for a 4-star hotel. I also found a few stains on the towels.

Had a pleasant 5-night stay. The staff were cute, upgrading us upon arrival. The breakfast buffet featured a fantastic selection, and room service pizza hit the spot! For couples, consider getting two key cards early for convenience. A good experience.

Despite being near the airport, the noise levels were quite low, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. A slight downside was the limited view from my lower floor room, but overall, a great experience.

The room had an amazing runway view that my son loved. It was clean and fresh. The reception and bar staff were warm and friendly. We felt welcomed throughout our visit, and the cozy furnishings added a nice touch.

My room had a runway view that was quite enjoyable and always felt clean and fresh. The room got really hot. I couldn't adjust the thermostat. The menu in the bar didn't have enough variety for a long stay. A pleasant experience with some minor room temperature issues.

The location offered convenient access to public transport. While the shower drainage could use improvement, the comfortable room provided a relaxing retreat after my busy days exploring London.
